- Other cities in the Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days.

- Shipping Cost:
- Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before confirming your order.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 299 SAR.
- Track Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment directly through the shipping company’s website.

We trust the quality of our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Exchange and Return Conditions:
- You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and unopened.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached.
- Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable Products:
For your safety, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned:- Products that have been used or opened.
- Personal care and makeup products that have had their protective seal removed.
- Products that show defects due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
- How to Submit an Exchange or Return Request (Easy Steps):

- Information: Provide us with your order number, the product name you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.
- Guidance: Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, issuing a return label if necessary.
- Shipping Costs for Exchange and Return:
- In the case of a manufacturing defect or order error: Be Queen covers all shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product (without any defect): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the new product (in case of exchange). These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount or added to the exchange invoice.
- Refund:
- Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the conditions, your request will be processed.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used within 7-14 business days, after deducting any shipping fees (if applicable).
